This walking route is not for the faint hearted. Bourton-on-the-Water is a charming village often related to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ because the village has a shallow river running through the centre. It’s a truly beautiful, quintessentially English village, where you will find a unique and interesting Model Village built of Cotswold stone to one-ninth scale and was opened in 1937.

Drive over to the grand Blenheim Palace for a royal day out. This stunning World Heritage Site is home to the 12th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough. You can visit the landscaped gardens and park whilst strolling around the grounds and Great Lake. When entering the palace, take in the beauty of its Baroque architecture.
