The Cotswold Way
If you’re feeling adventurous, why not challenge yourself to the famous National Trail called the Cotswold Way, a 102 mile walking route from the quaint market town of Chipping Campden down to the magnificent city of Bath.
This walking route is not for the faint hearted. It’s a real challenge and usually takes around 5 days to complete, although the wonderful views you get to see on this route are worth all the hard work! Follow the route here or you can choose to walk smaller sections of the route near to The Greenway if you wanted to stay local!

Take a short drive to the nearby Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water and visit the Model Village! Bourton-on-the-Water is a charming village often related to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ because the village has a shallow river running through the centre. It’s a truly beautiful, quintessentially English village, where you will find a unique and interesting Model Village built of Cotswold stone to one-ninth scale and was opened in 1937.
Blenheim Palace
Drive over to the grand Blenheim Palace for a royal day out. This stunning World Heritage Site is home to the 12th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough. You can visit the landscaped gardens and park whilst strolling around the grounds and Great Lake. When entering the palace, take in the beauty of its Baroque architecture.
