Nick Falcone is an innovator and recognized leader in Florida’s tourism and hospitality industry. He founded NDM Hospitality Services, LLC in 2011 with the vision of becoming a multi-faceted hospitality, real estate, and technology conglomerate. Since that time, Nick and the NDM Hospitality team is changing the face of the real estate, travel, tech, and dining industries; creating new ways to manage real estate and take vacations, and bringing higher service standards to casual dining.
NDM Hospitality acquired the territorial rights to the Dade County BurgerFi franchise, which opened in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2012. They became the chain’s first franchisee and a model for all those that came after; recognized as franchisee of the year, operator of the year, and leading the entire franchise in year-over-year sales growth. In addition, NDM Hospitality became the leader of the BurgerFi marketing co-op and established many of the standard operating procedures used by BurgerFi franchisees across the world. Since then, the company has expanded its sector to include 6 more restaurants from Miami to Orlando.
In 2015, NDM Hospitality’s fastest-growing company, Rentyl Resorts, launched the first branded residential resort in the world. This new travel sector blends the comforts of a home with the experience of a resort under a consistent brand. The company continues to grow, providing management services through Luxury Residential Resorts (LRR) for property owners within the branded residential resorts, and adding more brands to the Rentyl Resorts portfolio including: Encore Resort at Reunion, Margaritaville Resort Orlando, The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, Spectrum Resort Orlando, Islands of Islamorada, and Beachwalk.
Falcone developed partnerships with Marriott Homes & Villas®, The Walt Disney Travel Company®, Margaritaville, and the Jack Nicklaus Companies. In 2020, NDM Hospitality won four premier Telly Awards, including one Gold; a Davie Award; and a 3X3 award for its creative video marketing campaigns. In addition, Margaritaville Resort Orlando received the coveted AAA Four Diamond designation, establishing the resort as part of a select group in North America. Encore Resort at Reunion and Margaritaville Resort Orlando earned Tripadvisor’s 2020 Travelers’ Choice winner and received three W3 awards for their video series Sunset 365, including Gold for General Video – Food & Beverage.
Falcone is leading the launch of Rentyl Homes, Rentyl Apartments, and Spire Loyalty, the first multi-industry loyalty program. NDM Hospitality is shaping the future of hospitality, with an established Culture built on mutual success with a “Win from Within” mantra.
When not working, he loves spending time with his wife, Jaclyn; son, Nicholas Jr.; and daughter, Olivia. He is a devoted fan of his alma mater, Florida State University, and his hometown team, the Miami Dolphins.
Daniel Falcone co-founded NDM Hospitality Services with his brothers in 2012. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Florida State University. While at Florida State learning about finance, he had aspirations of using his knowledge in the hospitality industry. When graduating from college he joined his brother Nick to research upcoming quick service food franchises in the industry. They discovered BurgerFi and became a franchise in 2012. Dan helped open their first BurgerFi location in Fort Lauderdale on Sunrise Blvd. Since then he has opened three other locations in Broward County and Miami Dade.
Matthew Falcone is an owner/managing partner in NDM Hospitality Services LLC. Matthew started off his hospitality career by doing a management training program with NDM through their BurgerFi’s in 2012. Simultaneously, Matt attended Florida State University where he received a bachelors of science degree from the Dedman School of Hospitality. Matt’s goal was to join his brothers in establishing NDM Hospitality as an industry leader. Upon graduation, Matt took over as General Manager in NDM Hospitality’s BurgerFi location in Coral Gables, Florida. He led the Coral Gables store throughout the construction & training process and managed everything that led up to opening the doors for business. Matt operated this location from when it opened in March of 2014 through July of 2015. Matthew then went on to achieve his goal of becoming an owner in NDM Hospitality Services LLC in September of 2015. Matthew aspires to keep a great team bond between him and his brothers and to bring the company to a whole new level. NDM is setting the bar high and wants to eventually be at the top of the hospitality industry!
Milagros has a passion for working closely with technical partners, sales and marketing teams. Milagros prides herself on being easy to work with, especially with those not so techno-savvy, helping them to navigate the ever-changing CRM landscape. She loves collaborating with other team members to align the best marketing practices with the company’s email marketing program. During her tenure with NDM Hospitality, she has worked tirelessly to build the company’s new CRM division, significantly enhancing its ability to serve customers and owners.
Milagros has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining NDM Hospitality, she held the title of Guest Services Manager for The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in her career, she served in online marketing leadership positions as a consultant for well-known digital brands such as The Tribune Media Company and CNN Digital.
While CRM project management is her primary job function by day, Milagros enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three kids. Milagros holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and attended 1-year MBA E-commerce program at Stetson University.
Greg became a member of the Luxury Residential Resorts family at Encore Resort at Reunion in December of 2017 to assist in the build out of the Maintenance Department, bringing over 25 years of combined management, construction, maintenance, and A/V experience.
He has since expanded to manage maintenance across all Rentyl Resorts properties in the Kissimmee area, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.
Anthony joined NDM Hospitality May 2019 as VP of Sales & Marketing. Anthony has over 30 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
Before joining NDM hospitality, he was a senior team leader responsible for Sales and Marketing for Universal Studios, Westgate Resorts, and Global Travel International.
Melissa has over 12 years of hospitality experience, starting as a Sales Coordinator, and was promoted quickly to Group Sales and Catering Manager, where she discovered her passion in working with people and building relationships. She has had the pleasure to grow tremendously in the hospitality industry with the roles and title of Area Group Sales, Regional Group Sales, and Corporate Business Travel Sales. She is a very motivated, upbeat, and focused hospitality professional, who is always dedicated to exceeding guests’ expectations. She is driven to work as a team player.
Melissa was born and raised in Philadelphia and moved with her son and daughter to Florida, where she was very excited to join the NDM Hospitality family in February 2020 as Group Sales Manager.
Susan Billingsley joined NDM Hospitality in March 2021 as the Director of Call Center. She has oversight and responsibility over the Sales, Service, and Service Express Call Center teams. Susan has over 25 years of experience as a hospitality management leader with a background spanning call center management, revenue management, process engineering, operations management, organizational development, and training.
Prior to joining NDM, she worked for Results-CX as Senior Operations Manager, Streamsong Resort as a Group Sales Manager, and Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation as Senior Director of Revenue Management.
Susan is a graduate of Polk State College and currently resides in Lakeland. She enjoys spending time with her children, collecting vintage decanters, and vacationing with family.
Jennifer began her career with NDM Hospitality in 2018 as VP of Revenue Strategy. Jennifer has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working with Waldorf Astoria, Ritz-Carlton, and independent resorts across the U.S.
Kasey joined the NDM family in November 2019 and brings over 8 years of experience in Weddings and Social Events.
Prior to joining NDM, she worked for Sirata Beach Resort and Conference Center in St. Pete Beach as the Social Catering Sales Manager, and spent free time volunteering for Sea Turtle Trackers, monitoring sea turtle nests and organizing beach clean-ups, including participation in one with 4Ocean. She has her degree from Eastern Michigan University and went on to pursue graduate studies in Professional Communications at Purdue University.
With multiple years’ experience and a passion for Weddings and Social Events, she helps in transforming a couples wedding of their dreams into a reality.

I started on the Disney College Program in 1994 and worked with Disney in many capacities until 2000, including Sports Competition Manager at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. After that I went to work for the Ritz Carlton Hotel company and Marriott. I have held positions in Beach Operations, Marketing, Sales, MOD, Kids Club, Spa, Fitness, and Food and Beverage. After 6 years with the Ritz-Carlton, I worked for the Breakers in Palm Beach.
Then, after the Breakers, I started working for the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton and held Food and beverage positions all over the company, including here in Orlando. I left Hospitality for 3 years working as the GM of CLEAR at the Orlando International Airport and then came back in 2019, working with NDM hospitality as the opening GM of Food and Beverage for Island H2O Live! Water Park.
I have won 3 top awards at 3 different companies, including the Hilton, Disney, and the Ritz Carlton.
I am married and spoiled by a wonderful wife, and have a son who is 16 and is my mini me, but is 6 feet tall… and a stepson who is 28.
Peter began his career with NDM Hospitality in 2015, where he serves as Vice President of Operations.
Prior to joining NDM Hospitality, Peter has spent several years in the hospitality industry serving in roles as Club Director, Food and Beverage and Convention Services Director, Innkeeper and Winery Tour Operator in Sonoma, California, and several other Food and Beverage Management and catering positions. Peter received his B.S. Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State University.
Steve began his career with NDM Hospitality in 2016 and continues to be the Vice President of Business Development. Steve has over two decades of experience in Real Estate/Construction Industry. He has specialties in New Home Sales, Luxury New Home Construction, General Real Estate, Sales Management and Sales Training. He has experience with Green building and has held certifications as a Florida State Energy Rater and Certified Green Professional.
Steve is currently an active License Real Estate Broker, Licensed Community Association Manager, and has completed education for the designations from the National Association of Realtors in Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. Steve has background in aviation and Federal Law Encforcement.
Brian joined NDM Hospitality April 2019 as the Service Express Manager focusing on in-house guest services. Soon after, he led the Night Audit and Own Ambassador team when he was promoted to Director. He was promoted again to Director of Client Onboarding in 2021.
A native Floridian, Brian has worked in hospitality for 15 years, with the majority of his time spent at Walt Disney World in various operations roles.
Danis started his career in hospitality 10 years ago on cruise ships. He joined the NDM family in January 2018 as a Guest Service Ambassador for Luxury Residential Resorts at Encore Resort at Reunion.
Danis made is way through the ranks and is now where he is today. He moved from Colombia to Orlando to live with his wife. They have a little boy and enjoy going to Disney and spending time as a family.

Erin Drew Kent
Erin Drew Kent joined NDM Hospitality as a Freelance Content Producer in August 2020. She joined the team full time as the Creative Project Manager for Rentyl Resorts in March 2021.
With over 20 years of experience, Erin is a skilled producer with demonstrated success of working in the video production and broadcast media industries. Erin thrives in a team environment which fosters engagement, collaboration, and creativity.
In June of 2019, Katy began her career with NDM Hospitality as the Communications Coordinator for the Marketing team. In March 2020, she was promoted into her current position as Assistant Brand Manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing Social Media, managing the Creative Request process, and overall brand strategy of Encore Resort at Reunion and Margaritaville Resort Orlando.
Prior to joining NDM, Katy graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2018 with 2 degrees in Hospitality Management and Event Management. Throughout college, Katy worked as a Front Desk Agent for Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando Resort and gained a lot of experience in hotel operations and customer service experience. In 2018, after graduation, Katy moved back to South Florida and began the position of Office Coordinator for Boca By Design at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort. She gained an extensive amount of knowledge on the Event industry and developed strong organizational skills.
In her free time, Katy loves anything health and fitness related, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Stephan joined Encore in 2005 and is currently the LRR Director of Operations. He has experience in sales, customer service, and has served in many areas of the hospitality industry.
Brian joined the NDM family in December of 2019. He is a native Floridian with over 12 years of experience in customer service and operations management.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Miami. He currently serves as the Front Desk Operations Manager for The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando and Spectrum Resort Orlando.
Derek was brought onboard in the summer of 2015 to open Encore Resort at Reunion West. During this time, he was on the leading edge to startup Luxury Residential Resorts in 2016. As Regional Operations Director, he currently oversees operations for NDM Hospitality managed resorts and Rentyl Resorts properties, including project management for new resort development.
Derek came to us from Blue Star Resort & Golf, opening and managing resort clubs in the Central Florida area for Shea Homes communities.
Thomas Pagnotta has been a member of NDM Hospitality since July 2012. He began with NDM Hospitality’s first venture, Sunrise Boulevard BurgerFi. He then became a manager at the Sunrise Boulevard BurgerFi, and then grew into the General Manager position at the 17th Street BurgerFi in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, which he also helped open.
In 2016 he re-located to Kissimmee and joined the LRR at Encore Reunion team. He previously held the position of Director of Operations for LRR at Encore at Reunion, and is now the Director of Purchasing for our resorts and several tied entities to our property management platform, Rentyl Resorts.
In 2009, Michael Parisi started his hospitality career at Pizza Hut in Tallahassee as a cook/delivery driver while taking classes at Tallahassee Community College. In 2010, he moved back home and helped open an Outback Steakhouse in West Boca Raton. Working there for 3 years he mastered several positions; server, line cook, and kitchen expo manager.
Michael Parisi attended Palm Beach State College where he achieved a Machining Technology Certificate at the top of his class in 2013. He then joined with his brothers at Plastimold Products, a family owned plastic/metal manufacturing company. After a year, he shared his knowledge that he gained at school with his brothers, so they could use it to their advantage, and joined the NDM team in July of 2014, starting from the bottom at the 17th St. Causeway BurgerFi. After several months of hard work and dedication, Michael was promoted to Manager.
In February of 2015, Michael was promoted to Director of Marketing for NDM Hospitality. As a team, NDM earned the award for highest comp sales in 2015–2016 for one of the BurgerFi locations. Michael was then promoted to Assistant Director of Operations for NDM BurgerFi. As Assistant Director, Michael and the NDM team earned the Franchisee of the Year Award in 2018 and Hospitality of the Year Award in 2019. Michael was then promoted to his current position of Regional Director of Marketing for several resort properties under the umbrella brand Rentyl Resorts.
Tyler started with NDM Hospitality in 2016 as Channel Manager before being promoted to Regional Director of Revenue. He focuses on developing pricing strategies, working with sales and marketing teams to optimize promotion strategy and developing partnerships with online travel agents.
Prior to NDM, Tyler worked in business development for startups in the cybersecurity and energy sectors, and he holds a BSBA with a concentration in Management Science, Operations Research and Economics from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL.
Outside of work, his interests include programming and skiing.
Chris joined our team in January 2021 as the new Director of Social Media for Rentyl Resorts. Prior to joining NDM Hospitality, Chris managed the paid and organic social media efforts for multiple brands at Darden Restaurants. Chris is a certified and multi-award-winning social media expert with nearly eight years of experience in social media and 12 years in marketing.
When Chris is not researching content trends or designing profitable strategies, he is spending time with his wife, Julia Roberts, and their three young sons — Wyatt, Rhys, and Graham. He also enjoys wood-working projects, aged whiskeys, and a good cigar.
Maria joined the Luxury Residential Resorts family at Encore in February 2016 to be part of the Guest Service Ambassadors Team. She has over 30 years of management, customer service, brand development, and sales experience.
Todd leads the user experience of Rentyl Resorts’ analytics team, advising on all aspects of the departmental inquiries.
He has designed multiple analytical property management systems, auditing processes, and inventory standards for a wide variety of resorts ranging from 100 room hotel to over 25,000+ room resort corporations.
Todd has 30 years’ experience in strategic planning, technological, statistical, procedural, and hospitality experience.
He spends his off time with his wife and two sons enjoying Florida’s nature, playing softball, and photography.
Jessica joined the NDM Team in June 2019 and brings with her over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in Sales and Catering. She was part of the opening team for the Margaritaville Resort Orlando and has been with the hotel for two years.
Jessica has previously working for the Sheraton Orlando North, Westin Key West, Sunset Key, and the Delray Beach Marriott. She has held both Sales and Catering Positions and has a vast knowledge in the industry. Jessica has booked entire island buyouts and worked with all type of groups. She also has her CVENT Supplier Certification and Delphi Certification.
Jessica went to college at the University of Central Florida and studies MIS. She currently resides in Orlando with her puppy, Bella.
Laurie joined the NDM Hospitality team in August of 2016. She has over 19 years of HR experience working in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and hospitality. Her responsibilities include recruitment & staffing, analyzing and resolving HR employee-related claims, payroll, benefits, employee development, performance and compensations issues.
Prior to joining NDM Hospitality, Laurie recruited for Hilton Worldwide Corporate offices, specializing in F&B positions. Prior to that she was the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center-Marriott.
Mike joined NDM Hospitality in January 2020. His responsibilities include managing and publishing the websites for NDM Hospitality, Rentyl Resorts and its brands of curated resort residences, the Promenade at Sunset Walk, and Island H2O Live! Water Park.
Mike has over 15 years of experience publishing digital content, ranging from online marketing and customer support to local news, social media, and podcasts. Before joining NDM Hospitality, Mike served as Support Content Publisher for Charter Communications, and as Senior Digital Media Producer for Orlando’s local cable news station, Spectrum News 13.
A native of New Jersey, Mike grew up in the greater Philadelphia area before moving to Central Florida in 2007. He lives with his wife and three children.
Kee joined NDM Hospitality Aug 2019. Kee has been creating great guest experience since 1999. He has worked for Hilton, Marriott and Aqua-Aston Hospitality before joining NDM Hospitality.
