PETS. Margaritaville Resort Orlando welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged as $40 per night per dog as well as a refundable $250 deposit per dog for their stay. A maximum of two dogs per Cottage is permitted; accommodation type and location restrictions may apply. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the Cottage. Dogs should not be left in a Cottage unattended and the housekeeping team is not permitted to enter a Cottage to perform daily cleaning services if pets are present and their owners are not. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs; additional fees over and above the loss of the $250 deposit may apply if damages occur.
Certified service dogs are welcome at the property and are not subject to the daily pet fee policy described above. However, owners are responsible for any damage caused by their service animals.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND NON-PAYMENT. Reservations for 1 to 4-Bedroom Cottages* must be cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival or guest will be charged for all nights of the reservation. Reservations for 5 to 8-Bedroom Cottages must be cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival or guest will be charged for all nights of the reservation.
*Please note that deposits for 1 to 4-Bedroom Cottages are non-refundable or date transferable if cancellation is within 30-days of arrival on the following dates: November 24th to November 30th, 2019; December 20th, 2019 to January 4th, 2020.
Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability prior to arrival. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, personal, or other related reasons with an exception for a government issued agency mandatory evacuation. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
